I have a question for parents who have already went through this stage. The oldest of the twins goes through everything first. His voice is changing and is noticably more mature than his twin brother. His hair grows faster his nails grow faster. in all sense of the word he is maturing at a faster pace than his brother. I guess I just want to know if this is normal?

I have two sets of twins. I have learned that, just because they have the same birthday, does not mean they will develop at the same rate.

My boys are now 21 and they always did things at their own pace. The oldest boy always did things first. His twin was about 2 months behind.

Hope this helped.
