I am the mother of 13 month old fraternal twin boys. They are as different as night and day. They sleep in the same room in their own crib. They still wake up at night and can scream and cry for what seems like hours. Any advice on how to teach them to sleep all night? I am going crazy!!!

My twins are going to be 2 on monday, and I'm sorry to say this but I have one that still gets up once a night at least half of the time. She doesn't need anything more than me telling her "night night" and rubbing her back for a minute or two. It is enough to interrupt your sleep however!
At 7 months of age I thought I would go insane because they both woke up a lot at night. I didn't believe in it with my first child, but with them I was desperate, so I tried the cry it out method. It took a week or so, and it was totally miserable to do, but it did improve things. I'm sorry that I have no great or magical advice, but sometimes repeating this mantra helps me: " this too shall pass"
Good Luck to you, and take a nap!!
Angie
