Camelia and Micaela
|
Hi, my name is micaela and i have a twin sister Camelia. Whenever we're at school or at sports everyone will start picking us apart trying to find some little difference. They compare us to each other for ever and i don't think they realize how annoying it gets. We don't really have any distinct features that will set us apart from one another and when they try to find that nonexistant trait its kind of mocks us in a way because i wish there were something that made us alittle bit different like a freckle on the face or something. i dont know. maybe im over reacting. -Micaela

Hello, my name is Shalena and I have a twin sister named Shateema. its so funny that you asked this question because we talk about this all of the time! We get so sick and tired of people always comparing us! We go to a performing arts school,so people always compare us in grades, who's prettier. It really urks our nerves. We don't like when people do this to any other twins either!

Hey My name is Holly and i have an identicle twin named Hope. We get the same thing all the time except people are always saying on how i'm a little bit bigger then her. I'm not much not bigger then her at all. It really hurts my feeling when people start to compare us!

Hi, I'm Madison, my mirror identical sister is Isabella. We are also constantly getting compared - it used to annoy me, but now I just accept it as another unique part of being who I am. Our teachers always compare our exam results and grades; boys compare our looks (although I think we look exactly the same!) and our friends compare our personalities. It's weird how people do that, huh.

I guess for mirror twins it's a littl ebit easier, because if I get really annoyed I can just tell then that my twin sister, Tracy, is left-handed and I'm a righty. But still people try to find "obvious" things different. We have the same thing Hope & Holly do in that people always say I'm "bigger". That used to bother me (I'm 27 now), but now I realize that it's so slight, that it's not an insult, just a way for them not to get confused.

Hi! We're from the Philippines, and it's irritating how people always compare us. We're not identical, no matter how many people insist that we are. And everyone compares us. It must be a problem all twins go through. Someone always has to be taller, or smarter. And they come up with such little differences, like Chiara's eyes are deeper, and Pippa's face is rounder... Do you guys attract stares too? We were just walking through the mall the day before yesterday, and this guy stopped dead in his tracks, pointed at us and almost shouted, "Twins!" And of course everyone stared. Quite embarrassing, especially since we don't look for the attention. ~Pippa and Chiara
